Asia Gas Hub (AGH) hosted the GasX Implementation Forum in May 2024 at Putrajaya, bringing together key industry players, shippers, end buyers, and regulators to explore the future of Malaysia’s gas market.
The forum aimed to:
- Showcase AGH’s readiness to roll out GasX
- Gain industry support and feedback ahead of its pilot launch
Officiated by Datuk Ir. Ts. Razib Dawood, the then CEO of Suruhanjaya Tenaga, the event featured a keynote reaffirming ST’s support for the GasX OTC marketplace and its role in fostering a transparent, competitive, and efficient gas market.
Participants witnessed a live GasX system demo, followed by a panel session titled “Building a Better Gas Market Together” with representatives from ST, MGA, and AGH.
AGH reaffirmed its commitment to building a vibrant and transparent digital gas marketplace through collaboration and innovation.
